THE LONG ISLAND ELITE NATIONAL TEAM PROGRAM
No other youth football Program has a coaching staff like it.
The Long Island Elite National Team program has become the undisputed incubator for football excellence. It is a place where egos are checked at the door, and the top players, coaches, and the most competitive football ideologies come together under one banner. The synergistic effect combined with the professionalism and class in which the organization is run is a recipe for excellence.
Players are developed every year from the very young age of 7 until they are 14 years old and ready to enter high school. Feedback from high school coaches on incoming freshman over the years has been overwhelmingly positive. The High School coaches say that Long Island Elite National Team players are hands down the most prepared and talented players coming in their door and they have the highest football IQ’s among their peers.
In addition to cultivating players, co-founder Gerald Filardi has been responsible for the program’s strong emphasis on coaching development. He interviews, hires, and fires coaches for the Long Island Elite National team program and has instilled an atmosphere of accountability, chock-full of internal and external coaching clinics, zoom calls, and open forums on X’s and O’s. The Long Island Elite National Team coaches are held to a very high standard. Filardi has been “coaching-the-coaches” for more than 15 years.

Our player alumni list includes kids who played with us from 6 years old and up and are some of the highest recruited players to ever come out of New York. Visit our social media to see the videos of kids when they were babies and are now playing at Syracuse, Penn State and many other Division I schools around the country. It is not because of one person, it is because of the excellent coaching and development, the recruiting and NIL education, the shared ideals of merit and competition, and the extreme support from families.
NEW YORK FOOTBALL HAS ARRIVED!
