Coach Tom is a field supervisor in the elevator industry and has been an elevator mechanic for over 23 years. His ability to manage a team plus make time to help with the overall operations of Long Island Elite football are admirable. He has coached football for over 5 years. Good coaches are hard to find, but elite ones are even harder! Beyond his X's and O's knowledge and experience Tom is a role model to the kids, the type of coach any organization would want. He coaches and teaches players life lessons that transcend the field, building young men to become future leaders through safety, communication and accountability
