What began as volunteering on her son’s local football team evolved into a long-standing leadership role within the organization. Since the inception of Long Island Elite, Stella has played a central role in overseeing multiple operational areas, ensuring structure, efficiency, and professionalism across events and internal systems. Stella holds a degree in Business Merchandising and spent more than eighteen years in the fashion industry, serving in senior leadership positions with internationally recognized brands. As a Production Manager for Warnaco and Chaps Ralph Lauren, she traveled overseas to negotiate multi-million-dollar manufacturing contracts, managing global supply chains and high-level vendor relationships. She later directed Design and Operations for American Marketing Enterprises, Inc., a children’s apparel company, overseeing product development and operational execution. Her corporate experience in negotiation, logistics, design oversight, and production management translates seamlessly into the organizational demands of Long Island Elite Football. Stella is known for her meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage complex moving parts, and calm execution under pressure. Ambitious, disciplined, and deeply invested in the program’s mission, Stella helps safeguard the structure and professionalism that define Long Island Elite Football.
