Robert Callioras brings executive leadership, entrepreneurial vision, and principled character to the Long Island Elite Football Leadership Team. Robert is the Founder and President of RC Links at West Sayville Golf Course. Under his leadership, RC Links has developed into a respected Long Island operation recognized for professionalism, strategic growth, and operational excellence. Originally from New Hampshire, Robert was a three-sport athlete in high school, competing in football, basketball, and baseball. He went on to attend Florida Atlantic University, earning a degree in Business before pursuing professional golf and ultimately returning to Long Island to establish his career and family. Beyond business, Robert is a devoted husband and father to Reese, Cameron, and Blake. He has dedicated six years to coaching youth football, investing his time and mentorship into the next generation. Robert’s presence on the Long Island Elite Leadership Team reflects the organization’s core values: integrity, discipline, competitive excellence, and family-first leadership. His experience as a business owner, coach, and father strengthens the program’s mission to develop young men of character, on the field and in life.
