Since joining the Long Island Elite National Team program in 2020, Coach Mellert has become a steady and respected presence on the field. His approach to coaching reflects the same precision and preparation required in the courtroom: attention to fundamentals, disciplined execution, and a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities within a team structure.
